Helping Children and Women in Eastern Europe - One Heart Children's Foundation

OUR MISSION is to change the story of vulnerable children and women in Eastern Europe through "AID":

There are three pillars to achieve our vision and mission, explained with the acronym, AID:

Abandonment Prevention: keep families together and protect vulnerable children by addressing the root causes of child marriage, child pregnancy, and child abandonment through maternal support, education, community resources, and child welfare policy reform.
Institutional Support: provide comprehensive assistance and programs for children in orphanages and institutions. Advocate for the rights and needs of orphans with disabilities.
Deinstitutionalization: drive child welfare reform and deinstitutionalization across EU and candidate countries. Reunite children with their families, strengthen foster care systems, and prepare children for adoption.
