One Heart Children's Foundation started as One Heart Bulgaria. One Heart Bulgaria and One Heart Albania are now subsidiaries of One Heart Children's Foundation. When you donate you will be able to indicate which country, organization, or program you would like to donate to.
Starting in 1997, we began delivering humanitarian supplies to Bulgaria and were officially incorporated as a nonprofit in Bulgaria in March of 2003, One Heart Bulgaria has since served thousands of abandoned and vulnerable children and women.
One Heart Children's Foundation was officially recognized as One Heart Albania in 2025. We are proud to serve this country with our baba (grandmother) program, abandonment prevention programs, and a women's shelter in Korçë, Albania.
