Chas Johnson currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at One Heart Children's Foundation. In this role, Chas is dedicated to leading and supporting the members of our board in realizing the organization’s vision, fostering its culture, executing its mission, and achieving our organizational goals.
Professionally, Chas has successfully co-founded and operates multiple companies within the real estate and construction industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Utah.
Chas served a fulltime mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Bulgaria from 1999 to 2001. Chas currently lives in South Jordan, Utah with his wife Ashly and their three sons and one daughter. Chas enjoys supporting his kids on the football and soccer fields and trying to keep up with them on the golf course and ski slopes.
After dedicating the past two decades to education, family, and career development, Chas considers it a blessing to redirect a portion of his time, energy, and resources toward serving the people of Bulgaria and Eastern Europe once again. This time, his focus is aiding those who are least able to help themselves. “Possessing this unique understanding of the often-overlooked country of Bulgaria, I consider it my honor and responsibility to serve these children. I am confident that One Heart Children’s Foundation mission is not only making a significant impact on the lives of the individual orphaned children in Bulgaria but will also be a key factor in the resolution of the broader Bulgarian orphan crisis.”
